Library Rules

Books are issued only on the production of a valid library card. Issued books must be returned within 14 days. A fine of Rs. 5 per day will be charged after the due date. All issued books must be returned before the final examination. Only one book may be issued at a time. In case of a lost, damaged, or tampered book, the borrower must pay double the existing market value. Reference books are not issued to students. College Examinations The college conducts admission tests and promotion tests according to the prescribed rules and schedules. Participation in these examinations is mandatory for all students. Students who fail to appear in the required tests will not be considered regular students. Students failing promotion tests will not be promoted to the next class. College Student Card After admission, each student is issued a college student card. In case of loss, a duplicate card can be issued after payment of the prescribed fee. A student card cannot be reissued more than twice in one academic year. Students must return the card at the end of the academic year. Failure to return the card will result in a Rs. 100 fine, and roll number slips or certificates will be issued only after fine payment.
