Admission Procedure and Rules

📌 Admission Procedure

Prospectus and admission form can be obtained from the Clerk Office or College Gate during office hours. Duly filled admission forms must be submitted within the notified schedule. Admissions will be granted strictly on merit and according to Government / University of the Punjab rules. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. Provisional admission may be canceled if documents are found incorrect at any stage.

📌 Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Applicants must submit the following documents: 03 Recent Passport-Size Photographs 03 Attested Copies of Result Cards (Matric & Intermediate) 03 Attested Copies of Character Certificate 03 Attested Copies of B-Form 03 Attested Copies of Guardian’s CNIC Health Performa (duly filled)

📘 Admission Rules

Students must follow college rules, discipline, and academic regulations. Regular attendance in classes, labs, and practicals is mandatory. Participation in practicals, tests, and internal assessments is compulsory. Any violation of rules may result in disciplinary action or cancellation of admission.

👔 Uniform Policy for Intermediate Students

To maintain discipline and a professional learning environment, the following uniform is compulsory: ✅ Prescribed Uniform Grey Pant White Shirt Printed College Tie Blue Coat or Sweater (seasonal) College Jersey (as prescribed)

📌 Uniform Instructions

Students must wear the prescribed uniform during college hours. Cleanliness, neatness, and proper appearance are mandatory. Students not in uniform may face disciplinary action.

🚫 Discipline Rules & Penalties

Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus. Fine: Rs. 1000 Mobile phones are not allowed during college hours. Fine: Rs. 1000 Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the college premises. (Strict disciplinary action will be taken) Students without proper uniform are not allowed to attend classes. Fine: Rs. 1000 Fighting, misconduct, or violence with other students will result in immediate disciplinary action and the student will be struck off from the college rolls.

⚠️ Parents and students are advised that ignorance of rules will not be accepted as an excuse. The college administration reserves the right to take action in accordance with institutional and government regulations.
